1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Ultra Focus Flow Study Timer ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Ultra Focus Flow Study Timer is a productivity application designed to help users focus, track study sessions, and improve their concentration through timed sessions and ambient music.

3. Subscription Terms

3.2 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings

3.3 Free Trial

• New users may be offered a free trial period
• You can cancel at any time during the trial without charge
• If not cancelled, the trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription

3.4 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial periods

4. User Account and Data

4.1 Privacy

• Your personal data is stored locally on your device
• Minimal subscription data is processed through RevenueCat for subscription management

4.2 User Content

• You retain all rights to your focus session data and personal settings
• We do not collect or store your session data on our servers

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App in any way that could damage or impair our services

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tawfik Software and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tawfik Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
